A salon management system running the business end to end: multi-stylist scheduling on a resource timeline, packages, gift cards and loyalty, card and Apple Pay checkout, PDF invoicing, transactional email, and an AI voice assistant that answers the phone and takes bookings.

Shipping documentation provider
Bills of lading and related freight paperwork turned into structured shipment
records. The hard requirement was fidelity rather than cleverness: a printed
gross weight of 18,240.500 has to survive as exactly that, trailing
zeros intact, because at a customs desk 18240.5 is a different
document. Container numbers are validated against their ISO 6346 check digit,
so a mis-read character is caught rather than shipped downstream.
We also build and operate our own products — WhatsBizAPI and WABAPI — which is where a good deal of our WhatsApp and multi-tenant experience comes from. Further references are available on request.
